NortekUSA staff combine their passion for oceanography and the outdoors in the annual Not Since Moses running race on the ocean floor in the Bay of Fundy!
Eric & Malcolm in Not Since Moses race
NortekUSA's Malcolm Williams and Eric Siegel competed in the "Not Since Moses" running race in the Bay of Fundy on August 14th. The seas part for this annual race occurring during the lowest tides of the summer. Runners must negotiate deep mud, shallow channels, rocks and barnacles as they run past islands, buoys and lobsters -- typically covered during high tide -- in the 10k running race. All contestants completed the race before they became Lagrangian drifters with the high tide... known to overtake a galloping horse!
