Q. How long is the warranty period for Nortek products?

A.The warranty period is 1 year from the day you receive the equipment.


Q. What is covered under the warranty?

A.The limited warranty extends to all parts and labor for any malfunction that is due to poor workmanship or due to errors in the manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover shortcomings that are due to the design, nor does it cover any form of consequential damage as a result of errors in the measurements.


Q. I have a problem with my Nortek product. What should I do?

A.First try to identify the exact source of the malfunction, which is often in the power supply, cables or controlling computer. If you don't find the source, write up a description of the problem and contact your representative or NortekUSA. Many times, it is possible to fix a problem without having to return the product. Do not return anything to NortekUSA without first obtaining an RMA number from NortekUSA.


Q. I need to return the product to NortekUSA. What should I do?

A.First contact NortekUSA to receive an RMA number. We will give you detailed shipping instructions at that time. Freight charges must be prepaid.
