Nortek software leads the industry in both capabilities and ease of use.
We provide three categories of software: Programs that support normal
instrument operation, special analyses or post processing software, and
utility software for decoding data structures or for interfacing directly
to our instruments.
Every Nortek instrument comes with a complete set of software designed to
handle online data collection. The software also covers all aspects of a
typical deployment, including planning, instrument configuration, and data
retrieval from the internal recorder and data conversion into an ASCII table.
Downloadable demonstration versions of our software can be on the hardware
product pages. The software‚s planning modules tell you the required battery
and memory capacities required for your instrument. We encourage you to
download a demo version if you are considering which instruments to use for a
project. This software is included as part of the instrument price.
Nortek, alone or in cooperation with outside experts, has developed a series
of real time and post processing software packages that simplify your analyses
work. This software goes beyond what is required for standard data collection
and is sold separately. These software products are described on separate
pages where the main features are explained and demo versions can be downloaded.
