Real Time Data

All Nortek instruments support data collection, recording, and display in real time (except that the AquaPro software does not display wave data in real time). Nortek also supports real-time data collection in the following the following ways:

• The System Integrator's Manual (available upon request) documents binary data formats and commands system integrators can use to control Nortek's Paradopp instruments (i.e. Aquadopps, Vectors, etc.).
• ActiveX components enable you to build applications in Windows through the use of high-level functions that you link into your program.
• ASCII and binary data collection under software control (Aquadopp Current Meter and Profiler).
• Analog outputs (Aquadopp Current Meter and Vector Velocimeter).
