Problems during AWAC AST firmware upgrade

I have uploaded the firmware version 3.30 for AWAC AST from your web site. I have again tried to upgrade the correct version on our AWAC, but without possibility to interact with the instrument.

If the firmware upgrade fails for the AWAC-AST firmware, you can repeat the upgrade directly. However, if you restart the AWAC-AST software before trying to upgrade again, the upgrade will fail as reported above. Should you experience this you must first upgrade the regular firmware (non-AST) with the regular AWAC software. The upgrade process for AWAC-AST with AST versions for both firmware and software can then be repeated. Make sure you keep note of the baud rates you use in the successful upgrade, so that the AST upgrade process will be successful as well.
