Wave bursts take priority
Dear Forum,
I note that in the Aquadopp (2 MHz) Profiler Summary Specs. that "wave bursts take priority over current profiles" - exactly what does that mean ?
best regards
Andrew Swales

If the wave burst is longer than the profile interval, we are left with the choice of interrupting the wave burst or skipping the next current profile. In the design, we chose to skip the current profile - hence "wave sampling has priority".
In the ASCII conversion software, there is an option to interpolate the current profile when there is a gap. If you use this option, your converted current profile data will all be on the same time axis.
